It's not work under progress. It's transformation under progress

It's not work under progress. It's transformation under progress.

Boy: I don't think the rain will stop for few days.

The Alchemist: I don't see any trouble with that.

Boy: You like it, Don’t you?

The Alchemist: I love it.

Boy: I had asked you a question about love, care, judgement and ignorance. You have not answered it till now.

The Alchemist: If I start answering all your questions. You'll be totally dependent on me.

Boy: But I am curious to know.

The Alchemist: Let's go to a place.

Boy: Which place? Where are we going?

The Alchemist: Patience my dear. Patience.

After traveling a long distance...They arrived at a place which had a banner like this, “IT’S NOT WORK UNDER PROGRESS, IT'S TRANSFORMATION UNDER PROGRESS".

Boy: What is this place? It looks scary.

The Alchemist: Let's go and find out.

Boy: Damn! This a prison. Where criminals and law breakers are punished. Why did you bring me here? This is not a place for picnic. Let's get out of here.

The Alchemist: Can you do me a little favor? Please deliver this package to my friend who lives here. Details are on the package and the guard from the prison will help you.

Boy: what? Are you crazy? I am not going in there. How come you have friends here?

The Alchemist: Go if you want answers for your questions.

The Alchemist introduces him to the guard and the boy goes with him...

Boy: It has to be delivered to the librarian. What! Do you have a library here? Do people here read books? How much time does it take to reach library? I really want to get out of here as quickly as possible. What’s your name?

Guard: It is really not necessary to know my name. You judge me by my name. I don't like it. Keep me out of this crap. People judge based on caste, religion, region, profession and the clothes others wear. Let me be unbiased here.

Boy: That's rude. Well typical guards attitude. Never mind. Let’s keep walking.

...

Boy: Who is that person? What is he doing?

Guard: He is a mechanic. He is trying to modify a Rajdoot 350, an old bike from Escorts Group. It's his hobby to give life to old bikes. Repairing bikes and riding is his passion. He killed a person last year. A drunken driving case which ended up as an accident and he's here now.

Boy: How can he be so irresponsible? Why is he not behind bars?

Guard: Few things are not in control. He did not intend to do it. He stopped drinking. He has shown tremendous progress in his behavior. Everybody should get a second chance. He is guilty and is working hard to rectify it.

Boy: Did that lady also kill somebody? What is her crime?

Guard: She killed her own son.

Boy: Oh gosh! How is it possible for a mother to kill her own son? She is the one who borne him.

Guard: His son was in love with a girl. But the girl refused to accept him. He tried really hard. But the girl was not sure of him. She told that he was not the one for her and he should move on. He was not able to digest the refusal and he threw acid on her face. So that no one should love her and marry her. His mother got to know about it. She’d put poison in his food and killed him. When she was confessing her crimes in the court, she apologized for giving birth to such a monster.

Boy: My grandfather used to tell me that true love is to care without expecting anything. All they want is their happiness. If you succeed to make someone fall for you by forcing or manipulating, well that won't last for long. If the person is really happy with you, stay with them. If not, it's better to keep a distance. He also told, Love gives you confidence, it helps to transform a person into a gem. It's not a necessity. One should feel it. Lucky are the ones who have felt it at least once.

Boy: Wow! This idol is a master piece. Where did you buy this?

Guard: This has been carved by that person.

Boy: Is he a criminal too? What did he do?

Guard: He is a supari killer. He killed 4 people for money.

Boy: Oh boy! I can't believe that the person who carved this masterpiece could kill somebody for money. He is a monster.

Guard: Wait! Don't be so quick on this situation. He accidentally pushed somebody from the terrace. That person's head hit a rock and he died. He was in jail for a period of 4 months and got released after that. But when returned from jail, he started this work. No one wants to buy stuff from him. His wife and children slept without food. He started asking people for a job. Nobody gave him a job. People will be there to utilize an opportunity like this. One person manipulated him that he'll offer some money. But he had to kill a person to earn it.
He got INFLUENCED and started killing people for money.

Boy: So society created this monster you say?

Guard: In a way, yes. But he should not have been influenced by that person. People are not born monsters, they are forced to be so.

Guard: We reached library. You can go and deliver the package to the person at the desk.

Boy: Hello sir. Here is your package. Please take it.
Person at the desk: Thanks boy.

Boy: Are you a criminal too?

Person at the desk: Criminal huh? They call us inmates. That helps the people here to forget their past and transform themselves into a better human being. For your knowledge I am here for the crime I have not committed. I have refused to obey my higher officer's order and told him that I would reveal his secret. He got fixed in this accepting bribe case and I am here. Not all people in jail are criminals. Not all people who are outside are innocents.

...

Guard: Have you delivered the package?

Boy: Yes sir.

Guard: Are you hungry? If you are, well you don't want to miss the cookies from our bakery.

Boy: You have a bakery here. Oh yeah! You have a world inside this prison. I want to taste it. Let's go.

Guard: People say that if you have tasted food in prison. You have paid your debt and you don't want to come here. Good luck boy. See ya :)

...

Outside-

The Alchemist: What happened to you? Why are you so quiet?

Boy: It's not silence in progress. It's Transformation in progress. :p

The Alchemist: Such a drama queen you are! Let's go now.
